Cachet Noir Tervuren was established in 1972. Our breeding program combines the soundness of American lines with the type of the European lines to provide an excellent family dog that is sound in temperment, easy to train, beautiful to look at, and winners in the show ring. Our dogs are bred to match both the AKC standard and the FCI standard for Tervuren. Our breeding program has Best in Show, group winners, High in Trial, agility, tracking, therapy, and multiple other dog accomplishments to its credit. Limited breeding enables us to stand behind every dog, puppy or adult that we sell and provide assistance to their new owners. All dogs are sold as house pets first and primarily. We will not sell a dog that lives its life in a kennel. Show dogs are sold on co-ownerships and pets are sold on limited registrations with spay/neuter contracts. All our breeding stock is OFA (hip & Elbow), CERF, VWD, thyroid tested, copies of all certifiable tests provided with written sales contract and guarantee.
